At YourStager, we value your privacy and take it seriously. Our app is designed to work entirely offline, ensuring that no personal data is collected, stored or transmitted to any server or third party.

No Tracking or Analytics

We do not use any analytics tools or third-party trackers. Your activity within the app stays completely local on your device.

Data Ownership

All stage plans, input/output lists, equipment requests and other information created with YourStager remain your exclusive property and reside locally. You can export, delete or keep them as you wish.

Legal Basis for Processing

Any personal data provided via email (e.g. for support requests) is processed on the basis of legitimate interest, exclusively for the purpose of responding to your query.

Customer Support

If you contact us via email (e.g. support@yourstager.com), we will only use your data to respond to your query and will not store or reuse it beyond that communication.

Data Retention

Any data provided via email is deleted within 30 days of the conclusion of the support request, unless further retention is required by law.

Your Rights

In compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations, you have the right to request the deletion or access to any data shared with us via email. However, since the app itself does not store any user data, such requests will be relevant only to direct support interactions.
